Breath of Fire 6 announced for PC, tablet, and smartphone

"Easy touch-type online RPG" coming to Japan next summer.

Breath of Fire 6: Guardians of the White Dragon, the long-awaited sequel in the dragon RPG series, is an “easy touch-type online RPG” for PC, tablet, and smartphone coming to Japan in summer 2014, Capcom has announced.

The game will offer both single-player and multiplayer modes, with the option to share data between the game’s supported devices.

Capcom shared three keywords related to the game’s system: “Skill Coordination,” “Fellow,” and “Dragon Transformation.” These will be detailed later on.

The latest game to launch in the series, which began on Super Nintendo in 1993, was Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter for PlayStation 2 in 2002.
