Ni no Kuni ‘Ninostarter’ program extended

Wizard's Edition bonus initiative ends September 3.

Namco Bandai is extending its Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White WitchNinostarter‘ initiative, originally slated to end tomorrow, through this weekend’s Penny Arcade Expo, ending September 3, for North American pre-orders.

The program adds more content to the Ni no Kuni Wizard’s Edition based on the amount of pre-orders it amasses. It has so far reached its level one goal, unlocking a set of five 6” x 9” Ni no Kuni premium prints, created by Studio Ghibli’s Yoshiyuki Momose and depicting key moments of Oliver’s journey, to be included in the Wizard’s Edition (pictured).

The level two goal is currently at 82 percent. If unlocked, a golden Ni no Kuni Wizard’s Coin will be added to the Wizard’s Edition. (This is a physical coin, not an in-game item.)

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will launch for PlayStation 3 on January 22, 2013.
