3DS Fire Emblem 3DS Japanese date set Awakening set for April release. Fire Emblem: Awakening, the first 3DS entry in the Fire Emblem franchise, will launch in Japan on April 19, 2012, Nintendo announced during its Nintendo Direct press conference this morning. It will include co-op fights, amongst other new elements.
