Tomorrow at 12 p.m eastern, Rockstar Games will release a new Max Payne 3 video highlighting its design and technology.
The video will “offer a detailed look at the targeting mechanics, movement and animation, enemy intelligence and other technical design innovations going into building an advanced, intense and immersive action–shooter.”
