During the Game Developers Conference this week, Frostbite 2.0 developer DICE and Unreal Engine 3 creator Epic Games showed off their respective development platforms. While we’ve so far only seen the Epic demonstration in pictures, we now have videos of both presentations.
The DICE presentation (second) video uses Battlefield 3 to show off the engine, so there’s plenty of new game footage there. The Unreal Engine 3 video (first) is what Epic Games is expecting for the next generation of consoles.
