GameTrailers TV levels up for fourth season

GameTrailers TV is back. SpikeTV’s announced that the new season will debut on Thursday, January 27 with an all-new look, new segments, and a new technology correspondent.

Justine Ezarik, of iJustine internet fame, is GTTV’s new technology reporter, who will provide her insights on everything from tablet computers to 3D TVs.

New segments include “Combat Facts!” and “GT Comedy” are set to debut in the new season. The latter are clips delivered by the guys at Mega 64, while the former takes a look at whether or not military weaponry is accurately portrayed in video games.

“We couldn’t be more excited to offer our viewers a bigger, better and broader GTTV for 2011,” said host and executive in charge of video game publisher relations for Spike, Geoff Keighley. “Spike is the No. 1 channel for video game programming on television and online and the new GTTV only strengthens our position as the go-to source for game information.”
