PlayStation Rewards adds Quests

PlayStation Rewards is about to get a lot more specific. SCEA’s announced Quests, PlayStation-related activities that will directly add progress to your rewards meter, are to be added to the program beginning tomorrow. I’ll need them, too; I’ve had PlayStation Rewards since launch and have since played through three full games and I’m still on the lowest tier.

Sony’s provided a few examples of what these quests might ask the player to do:

• Play an eligibile PlayStation Move game (“Move It” quest).
• Watch an episode of PlayStation Network’s PULSE in HD (“Check Your Pulse” quest).
• Visit PlayStation Home’s Central Plaza (“No Place Like Home” quest).

Sony will release nine quests tomorrow and add more new quests throughout the year. Hopefully this will, at least, help me to get to the second tier.
