The Elder Scrolls V is in development, according to a source of Eurogamer Denmark.
Their source is said to have “confirmed” the game’s development with the game documents in-hand; it being a direct sequel to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The Denmark team apparently flew out to meet this source, however, could not disclose details about their flight or the source they spoke with. They stand rigid on their source, though, saying that they can confirm the game’s production “without hesitation”.
We’re assuming that it’ll hit PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC if it’s actually in development.
Oblivion released on Xbox 360 and PC in 2006, then in 2007 on PS3. We’re about due for a sequel, don’t you think? Stay tuned.
