Popular US-based anime streaming site Crunchyroll has announced a partnership with Microsoft and Zune recently. The partnership will allow the company to bring popular anime such to Xbox 360‘s Zune Marketplace – starting with The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Giant Killing, and Yokuwakaru Gendai Maho.
These will be the first time these shows are released for digital download and North American users will be able to enjoy the show the same week Japanese users can.
By the context of this announcement, I’m pretty sure these titles are up for grabs right now. Unfortunately, I’m not home to check. If anybody has the time, let me know and I’ll update this.
