Since today is December 13th, Square Enix has done as promised and released new screenshots of Final Fantasy XIII; this coming alongside the news that the game has joined both Twitter and Facebook. The screenshots, which are in full English, show off the battle system, the world players will roam, and some giant beasts players will no doubt encounter.
