Dark Cloud 3 will happen if requested enough, says Level-5

Dark Cloud 3. We all want it — but will it happen? At the Tokyo Game Show, developer Level-5 has said that, while they don’t currently have plans to create a third game, it may happen if the gaming community keeps requesting it.

“At this moment we don’t have a specific plan for a sequel in the Dark Cloud series,” Level-5 director Yoshiaki Kusuda told Kotaku.

“There are many staff members, including myself at Level-5, who have worked on the Dark Cloud series. There are some who decided to join Level-5 because they love the Dark Cloud series.

“So, if requests from users should increase in the future, we would seriously consider making it.”

I’ll do my part and keep requesting. You all do yours.
