Kalanoro is an action adventure game made in Madagascar with love and coffee. It blends platforming, combat and light management into a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the country’s vibrant artistic scene.

Discover Lemuria, a vibrant, colorful world inspired by Madagascar’s rich folklore. Once a paradise, the island now suffers under the evil witch Raneny’s ruthless rule. Having grown tired of exploiting the land and its people, she decided to host a huge con cert with the island’s most famous band, just for her own amusement.

Enter our hairy hero, Kalakely. She is a Kalanoro—a creature from Malagasy folklore, similar to a fluffy leprechaun, said to bring good luck. As such, a made-up yet somehow legit prophecy sends her on a mission to overthrow Raneny by… forming the ultimate music band with legendary lemur musicians and performing at her concert!

With an old, beat-up and rusty taxi-brousse, she embarks on a wild journey to rise to stardom and free Lemuria, one song at a time!
