Rockstar Games plans to release a PC version of Grand Theft Auto VI within the first three months of 2027, according to a GamesBeat report citing “four industry sources familiar with the studio’s plans.”
Grand Theft Auto VI is due out for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on November 19, meaning the PC release would arrive no more than four months after its console launch.
The previous iteration of the series, Grand Theft Auto V, did not arrive on PC until roughly one year and seven months after its initial release. And Rockstar Games’ latest major new title, Red Dead Redemption 2, took just over a year to come to PC.
Rockstar Games did not respond to GamesBeat’s request for comment.
