Publisher Atari and developer Sad Cat Studios will release atmospheric narrative-driven cyberpunk adventure game REPLACED for Android via Google Play on December 8, the companies announced.
REPLACED first launched for Xbox Series and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, and GOG on April 14. It is also available via Game Pass.
Here is an overview of the game, via Atari:
The mobile version is part of the Google Play Games program, offering seamless gaming across mobile, tablets, and PC via a single purchase. The Android version, ported by Poland-based studio The Knights of U, will allow a new audience to experience the same jaw-dropping cinematic visuals and immersive atmosphere that those players loved on its original PC and console release. REPLACED has been played by over 900,000 players across all platforms since its release in Spring 2026.
REPLACED is a narrative-driven 2.5D platformer blending cinematic exploration with fluid, free-flow action. Immerse yourself in an alternate 1980s America reshaped by nuclear catastrophe and meet the downtrodden of Phoenix City as you struggle to survive. Soak up the game’s rich atmosphere as you walk the streets of Phoenix-City and become a part of the stories of the citizens you meet in this dark cyberpunk thriller.
As you uncover the sinister secrets of Phoenix Corporation, REPLACED explores themes of humanity, identity, and control through morally complex characters and the slow reveal of a world pushed to its limits. Discover a haven for corruption where outlaws thrive and human life is traded like currency as R.E.A.C.H.—an AI trapped in a human body against its will. Expose the Corporation’s hidden agenda, and uncover the purpose behind your creation in a world where every secret—and every life—has a price.
