Crimson Desert DLC ‘Charting the Unknown’ – ‘Features Overview’ trailer
New stories, ocean exploration, and more content.
Pearl Abyss has has released a six-minute features overview trailer for open-world action adventure game Crimson Desert expansion “Charting the Unknown.”
The upcoming expansion includes the following content:
- New Stories – The stories of Kliff, Damiane and Oongka continue as each sets out to forge their own path. Along the way they meet allies and threats, both old and new.
- Exploration of the Great Ocean of Pywel – A new region to explore (above and below water!), with its own storyline. Players unlock shipbuilding, gather resources to build and customize their own vessel, then sail to the ocean’s islands. There they can defeat enemy forces and set up new strongholds alongside their Greymane comrades.
- Romance and Marriage – Players who earn the trust of certain characters can start romantic relationships and eventually get married. Close companions can also drop by the Greymane Camp to spend time together.
- Expanded Housing – Players can design their home from the ground up, including where walls, windows and other structural elements go. Once players liberate certain castles, they can claim them and decorate the interiors.
- Business Management – Players can lease facilities across Pywel, assign comrades and equipment, pick which goods to sell, and decide how to run each business to grow its recognition and profits.
- Boss Gauntlet – A new challenge sends players against powerful bosses from across Pywel, one after another.
Crimson Desert is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
