BeXide announces copy-and-paste hide-and-seek party game Cat and Paste! for PC
Open playtest set for October 16 to 19.
BeXide has announced Cat and Paste!, a copy-and-paste hide-and-seek party game for up to 16 players. It will be available for PC via Steam with English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Russian language support. An open playtest will run from October 16 at 18:00 JST to October 19 at 16:00 JST.

About
A chaotic copy-and-paste hide-and-seek with cats that can turn into anything. “Copy” a stage object to transform into it, then “Paste” decoys everywhere to hide in plain sight! A prop hunt party game for up to 16 players online!

Crates, barrels, tractors, even giant trees… If it’s part of the stage, you can turn into it, whatever its shape or size!
Can you spot the cats blending into the scenery?
Copy to Transform, Paste to Multiply!
When a cat uses “Copy” on a stage object, it transforms into that object!
“Paste” to place as many copies as you like!
You can recolor your disguise, too. Paste copies in all kinds of colors and you’ll have a rainbow mountain in no time!
Slip quietly into a pile of crates, or bury the whole stage under giant rainbow trees.
Copy and paste to your heart’s content, and come up with hiding spots that leave the hunters stunned!
Become a Hunter and Track Down the Disguised Cats!
Playing as a hunter? If something looks suspicious, whack first and ask questions later!
One swing of your hammer wipes out a whole cluster of pasted objects!
One rifle shot sets off a chain reaction that clears out every connected decoy!
A disguised cat might have its tail or face poking out, and pasted objects can look a little warped. Can you see through your friends’ disguises?
Free-for-All or Team Battle! Two Ways to Play
Hide & Seek Royale: Everyone starts as a cat and hides, then everyone becomes a hunter! Whoever finds the most cats wins!
Hide & Seek WARS: Cat team vs. hunter team in a round of infection tag! Any cat that gets caught joins the hunters. Hold out until time runs out and the cat team wins!
Build Your Own Stages in Edit Mode!
Before the match, everyone can freely place objects on the map and build a stage together!
Will you build a hunter’s nightmare packed with hiding spots, or go all out with a stage drenched in rainbow colors?
Stages you build can be saved, so you can play your favorites again and again!
Put your heads together and you might end up with something truly outrageous?!
Play With Friends and Viewers!
Play with your friends, or join a public room and play with people you’ve never met! Streamers can share an invite code to play with their viewers!
