Console Archives The Conveni 2 will launch for PlayStation 5 and Switch 2 on September 3 for $11.99 / 1,200 yen, developer Hamster announced.
Here is an overview of the game, via Hamster:
Aim to conquer Japan’s CONVENIs!!
The Conveni 2 was released by HUMAN in 1997 for an 32-bit home console.
The graphics have been completely revamped from the previous game, the number of maps has increased, and the perspective has been changed to an isometric viewpoint, doubling the sense of scale. Game software has been added to the product items, and a welcome double-speed mode and a function to create original store markers have been added, resulting in a significant functional and system-wise upgrade.
This is a simulation game that you can enjoy without feeling stressed. Don’t just aim to complete the game; try playing with more creative ideas.
The Console Archives series is designed to bring classic games originally released on home consoles to modern gaming platforms.
In Console Archives series, features such as customizable button layouts, rapid-fire settings, multiple save points, and for some titles, a rewind function have been added, to support players in completing these classics.
Additional options include screen layout adjustments and filters that recreate the the nostalgic atmosphere of CRT TVs back in the day, allowing players to customize the visual experience to their preference.
Whether it’s a title you played long ago or one you’re experiencing for the first time, we hope you’ll find a favorite and enjoy the game your way.
