STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT for Xbox Series delayed to October 29
Postponed to align with the western console release date.
Publishers MAGES. and Spike Chunsoft have delayed (2) the Xbox Series version of STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT from its global August 20 release date to October 29.
“We previously announced a release date of August 20, 2026, but decided to postpone the release date to align with the western console release date of October 29, 2026,” Spike Chunsoft said in a statement. “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause to those who have been looking forward to the release of the Xbox Series X|S version.”
STEINS;GATE RE:BOOT will launch for PlayStation 5, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on August 20 in Japan. The PC version will launch on the same day in the west, while the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, and Switch versions will launch on October 29.
