
Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II are now available for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 at a launch discount price of $19.99 each, publisher Activision and developers Treyarch and Iron Galaxy announced. The price will change to $39.99 each on August 6.
Call of Duty: Black Ops originally launched for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, DS, and PC on November 9, 2010. Call of Duty: Black Ops II launched or PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 13, 2012, followed by Wii U on November 18, 2012.
While the Xbox 360 and PC versions are still playable on modern hardware, through backwards compatibility or Steam, the PlayStation 3 versions are not compatible with PlayStation 4 and beyond.
The newly ported PlayStation versions will each include Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies modes.
