ARTIUS: Pure Imagination demo now available
Four stages with an estimated playtime of one-to-two hours.
Publisher IndieArk and developer PVic Games have released a new demo for 2D action platformer ARTIUS: Pure Imagination for PC via Steam.
The demo features four stages with an estimated playtime of one-to-two hours. “Players will dash through tension-filled, stylized streets at breakneck speed, experiencing an adrenaline-fueled artistic spectacle all its own,” reads the press release.
Here is a brief overview of the game, via IndieArk:
At its core, ARTIUS: Pure Imagination is a high-octane 2D platformer built around four distinct artists, each armed with their own signature abilities. In a world drained of inspiration with creativity teetering on the edge of collapse, players must chain together jumps, dashes, and attacks to blast through obstacles, race to the finish, and push back against the forces threatening to snuff out the last ember of artistic expression.
Inspired by the everyday life and culture of the developers’ home country of Brazil, ARTIUS carries a rich South American cultural and artistic spirit. The game features a distinctive “lo-fi” pixel-meets-cartoon illustration art style — bold lines, vivid colors, and boundless imagination, all wrapped in a nostalgic, humorous package.
