A-Train9 Evolution announced for Switch 2
A-Train series' 40th anniversary title due out on June 4 in Japan.
Artdink Corporation has announced A-Train9 Evolution for Switch 2. It is the official 40th anniversary title of the A-Train simulation game, railroad management, and urban development series, which began in 1985. It will launch on June 4 in Japan. It will only support Japanese.
The game will be available in the following editions:
- Standard Edition (physical / digital) – 11,800 yen (12,980 yen with tax)
- A copy of the game (physical edition is a game-key card)
- 40th Anniversary Memorial Box (physical) – 14,800 yen (16,280 yen with tax)
- A copy of the game (game-key card)
- LOGiN & Weekly Famitsu A-Train 40th Anniversary Edition (B5 size, 56 pages)
- A-Train 40th Anniversary pin badge
- A-Train 40th Anniversary special commemorative ticket sheet (hard ticket)

A-Train 9 Evolution is not a mere port of A-Train 9—the user interface and graphics have been completely revamped. Furthermore, the addition of new buildings, including greenery-covered buildings, allows for modern urban vistas.

You can change the viewing angle in 15-degree increments, allowing you to play with the same perspectives as classic A-Train titles such as A-Train 3, A-Train 4, and A-Train 7.
