Falcom will release several ported titles during the fiscal year ending September 2026, including a PlayStation 5 version of Ys X: Proud Nordics, the company said in its financial report for the fiscal year ended September 2025.
Ys X: Proud Nordics first launched for Switch 2 on July 31, 2025 in Japan, followed by both Switch 2 and PC via Steam on August 21, 2025 in Asia.
NIS America previously announced it will release both the Switch 2 and PC versions in the west in early 2026, but according to Falcom’s report, the western release will now also include the PlayStation 5 version. However, Falcom’s report does not make it clear whether the PlayStation 5 version will launch simultaneously with Switch 2 and PC.
