
Bandai Namco has announced Dragon Ball FighterZ downloadable content character Goku (Super Saiyan 4, DAIMA), who will launch in spring 2026. He is the first new fighter to be added to the game in four years.
Additionally, a new balance adjustment update will launch on October 12, “bringing strategic depth to Z-Reflect” and updates to “every character.” Full patch notes will be available when the update launches.
Finally, Bandai Namco announced the Dragon Ball FighterZ Master Showdown at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026 from April 18 to 19, where participants can fight their way through qualifiers to challenge professional players including GO1, Hikari, SonicFox, Wawa, Wade, and Yasha.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam.
