Free-to-play team survival hero shooter Time Takers announced for PC
Fight to be the last one standing in a battle over Time Energy.
Publisher NCSOFT and developer Mistil Games have announced Time Takers, a free-to-play team-based third-person shooter coming to PC via Steam. A release date was not announced, but a Steam playtest is coming soon.
Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:
About
Time Takers is a third-person, team-based shooter where time is your lifeline—and every second is earned, spent, or lost in combat.
Join a team of unique characters from across time and fight to collect Time Energy, a resource used to unlock and upgrade skills, revive teammates, or secure survival in a rapidly evolving battlefield.
Every choice you make—whether to grow stronger now or hold on for later—shapes the flow of the match.
Unlike traditional hero shooters, Time Takers lets you break out of fixed roles. Each character brings a unique ability, but your choice of weapons and apps completely transforms how you play—even with the same character.
And you’re not in this alone.
Team composition and coordination matter. The right mix of abilities, weapons, and timing can shift the momentum of a match and decide who’s left standing.
Key Features
- Use Time Energy as both survival and growth currency.
- Build freely through your choice of weapons and passive apps.
- Outlast the competition in high-stakes team-based combat.
- Support your squad in fast-paced encounters by sharing time and reviving teammates under pressure.
Collect it. Spend it. Share it. Survive it. Every second counts in Time Takers.
