Famitsu Sales: 7/28/25 – 8/3/25 [Update]

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for week of July 28, 2025 to August 3, 2025.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2 was the highest selling new release, moving 54,491 units on Switch, 12,351 units on PlayStation 5, and 5,099 units on PlayStation 4 for an opening week total of 71,941 retail copies sold.

On the hardware side, Switch 2 sold 67,733 units, the Switch family sold 18,637 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 7,141 units, the Xbox Series family sold 271 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 19 units.
