Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku Revival launches December 18 in Japan alongside Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble Re:R

Friendship cultivating simulation game Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku Revival will launch for Switch on December 18 in Japan alongside the newly announced Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble Re:R, publisher TAITO and developer VRIDGE announced.
Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku Revival will be available both physically and digitally for 9,680 yen. A special edition will also be available oor 21,780 yen, which includes a copy of the game, an outer box featuring artwork by illustrator moo, a download code for Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble Re:R, the Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku soundtrack CD (reprint), a Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku drama CD (reprint), a Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku art book, an acrylic stand, and a clear bookmark set.

For users who do not purchase the special edition of Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku Revival, Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble Re:R will be available separately as a digital-only purchase for 4,180 yen. As the title implies, Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble Re:R is an updated version of the 1998-released fan disc Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku ensemble featuring upgraded graphics and visuals.
Users who pre-order either edition of Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku Revival via Amazon Japan from July 11 to July 14 will receive a code to download a Switch port of the original Yuukyuu Gensoukyoku as an exclusive “Amazon Prime Day” sale bonus.
