R-Type Delta: HD Boosted announced for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Switch, and PC

Publishers City Connection and Clear River Games have announced R-Type Delta: HD Boosted for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC (Steam). It will launch in 2025.
R-Type Delta: HD Boosted is a high-definition remastered version of the side-scrolling shoot ’em up R-Type Delta, which originally launched for PlayStation on November 19, 1998.

Developed by Tokyo-based Irem Software Engineering who were responsible for the original version of this classic title, R-Type Delta HD Boosted will land digitally on Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC in 2025. A physical version of the game will also be available on Switch and PlayStation 5.
