The company also published the first episode of the 1999 anime series ToHeart anime and a bonus video to YouTube for a limit time as a preview of the Premium Edition, which includes a Blu-ray disc of all 13 episodes of the series, remastered in high-definition.
The official website was also updated with the following character profiles:
Lemmy Miyauchi (newly voiced by Ai Fukuda, originally voiced by Rumi Kasahara)
A girl in the protagonist’s year who was born in California to an international couple. Her cheerful, easygoing personality and flashy style come off as stereotypically American, but in her heart there is a demure Japanese woman—and however foolish her straightforwardness may seem, it never fails to lighten the mood.
Kotone Himekawa (newly voiced by Yuka Nukui, originally voiced by Kyoko Hikami)
One year the protagonist Hiroyuki’s junior, she tends to be avoided by most of the school due to the apparently supernatural phenomenon that she set off as soon as she enrolled. She rarely speaks and does not seek social interaction, but as Hiroyuki tries to befriend her, she finds herself slowly opening her heart…
Hikari Kamigashi (newly voiced by Yuko Gibu, originally voiced by Ayako Kawasumi)
Akari Kamigishi’s mother is a gentle woman with a love for children who works as a tutor for both cooking and traditional Japanese dress. Her voice sounds so much like Akari’s that even the protagonist sometimes gets them confused.
George Miyauchi (newly voiced by Hiroki Maeda, originally voiced by Takeshi Kuwabara)
Lemmy Miyauchi’s father is a man who treasures his family. Blessed with Hollywood good looks and a powerful but friendly personality, he works as the CEO of a trading company.
ToHeart is due out for PC via Steam on June 26 worldwide, as well as for Switch on the same day in Japan.
