Together We Live coming west on October 17 for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch
Water Phoenix-developed visual novel formerly known as Stand by You.Publisher Kemco and developer Water Phoenix will release “ruined world traveling visual novel” Together We Live, formerly Stand by You, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch on October 17 in the west, the companies announced.
Together We Live first launched for iOS and Android on November 5, 2015 in Japan, followed by PC on November 12, 2015. A global version followed under the name Stand by You for iOS and Android on November 24, 2017, followed by PC on December 8, 2017. PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch versions launched on October 13, 2022 in Japan. The name was changed to Together We Live alongside the release of an improved English localization on December 21, 2023.

About
This is a visual novel game without player selections. To atone for the sins of humanity, the girl continues to die.
Story
Her body wouldn’t move, the buildings were in ruins, and the wasteland stretched on.
According to the girl who happened to pass by, the world had ended. Not wanting to believe it, Kyoya sets out to find other living beings, traveling the ruins with the girl.
—However, the girl had a “mission.”
To atone for humanity’s sins, she must continue to die. Over and over, dozens, hundreds, thousands of times. Tens of thousands of times.
She dies and is reborn. Watching her suffer endlessly, Kyoya feels a desire to teach her what happiness is.
Two people alone in a ruined world. Traveling with a girl who continues to die, in a journey to live.
Characters
- Kyouya – The protagonist. He woke up in an unfamiliar room, unable to move his body.
- Asagiri (voiced by Mayu Matsushiro) – A girl who calls herself “human.” She travels alone in the desolte world to fulfill a certain “mission.”

Play time is about three-to-five hours.
