PLAYISM Game Show 2023 set for August 20

PLAYISM will host PLAYISM Game Show 2023 on August 20 at 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET / 22:00 JST, the company announced. You will be able to watch it on YouTube (English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese) and Niconico.

The hour-long broadcast will announce PLAYISM titles planned for release from this fall and beyond, as well as other related PLAYISM news. Presenters include host Chiaki Matsuzawa and PLAYISM representative Shunji Mizutani. An official mirror live stream will be hosted by J-mon.

Confirmed titles include:

• EDEN.schemata(); – A hand-drawn sci-fi mystery adventure game filled with amnesia, murder, and intrigue developed by WSS playground (Drainus, NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD) and illuCalab (Alice Escaped!).
• The Star Named EOS – An emotionally charged point-and-click narrative puzzle game by Silver Lining Studio. Capture photographs and step back in time to help a young photographer investigate his mother’s disappearance and rediscover the everyday beauty latent in our world.
• Phantom Rose II Sapphire – The roguelike deckbuilder by developer and artist makaroll. Help Aria defend her cherished school, now beset by evil creatures, with powerful cards. Unlike other card games, Phantom Rose has no random card draw. Manage card cooldowns to quickly overwhelm foes!
• And many more!
