Publisher Forever Entertainment and developer Storm Trident have released the story trailer for FRONT MISSION 2: Remake.

The People’s Republic of Alordesh is a country located in the Southeast Asian region. At the end of the 21st century, it became a part of the O.C.U. super-national union as part of a plan to help its struggling economy.
Due to the second Huffman conflict, its situation drastically worsened, and the O.C.U. became less popular among Alordesh’s citizens. In 2098, the first unsuccessful uprising flared up but was quashed.
Twelve years after the events of FRONT MISSION 1st, on June 12, 2102, the second coup d’état began. On this exact day, three main military bases and the parliament in the country’s capital city were attacked and taken over.
The O.C.U. responded to the attacks by sending their army to free Alordesh from rebel hands.
Follow the O.C.U. military squads: “Muddy Otters,” “Dull Stags,” and “O.C.U. Ground Defence Force Intelligence Agency,” and monitor the situation in this country torn apart by a ruthless civil war.
FRONT MISSION 2: Remake is due out for Switch on June 12 for $34.99 / €34.99.
