World’s End Club and Space Channel 5 VR Kinda Funky News Flash! developer Grounding, Inc. has issued new shares to NetEase Games through third-party allotment, the company announced. There is no change in the autonomy of the company through the issue of these shares, and management will continue around its existing administration.
Additionally, Grounding has entered into a basic agreement for a business alliance with 2D Fantasista, a company that specializes in casual game development, and ArAtA, a company well-versed in 3D game development.
The reasons for these partnerships are as follows:
- To Strengthen Development and Create New IP – Through Grounding and NetEase Games’ cooperation, Grounding will be able to create an environment where it can develop games in a wider variety of genres, and actively promote the development of its own original intellectual property going forward.
