Total sales for Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth have surpassed 100,000 copies, publisher Playism and developers Why So Serious? and Team Ladybug announced.

The 2D exploration action game first launched in Early Access for PC via Steam in March 2020, followed by a full release on March 27, 2021.

Due to an “overwhelming number of player requests,” further additional features are planned to be added, including “Achievements,” “Boss Rush,” “Encyclopedia,”, and more.

Additionally, Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is currently available at a 20 percent-off discount during the Steam Golden Week Sale, which will run through May 7.

Here is an overview of the game, via Playism:

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a 2D action-exploration “Metroidvania”-style game developed under the close supervision of original creator Ryo Mizuno, depicting the previously unknown story of Deedlit and the events leading up to Record of Lodoss War: Diadem of the Covenant.
Both fans of Record of Lodoss War and all-new players alike can fully enjoy this latest installment in the series.

After a full year in Early Access, the full version was finally released on March 27, comprising six complete stages.

Deedlit awakens suddenly in a mysterious, unknown place. Where am I? Why am I here?

With nobody around to respond, her questions are met with only silence.

Seeking answers, Deed eventually sets off on her journey, alone…
