Osaka Kana, who is known for his work on G-Mode titles Sepas Channel and Churashima Kurashi, is leading planning, scenario, and design for OU; room6, which published the award-winning Unreal Life, is handling development; and G-Mode, which is currently bringing back feature phone games through its “G-Mode Archives” project, is in charge of publishing.
“This is my first original work in quite some time,” Koda said in a statement. “OU is a game. A fantasy-like. However, it changes into something else when you reach the end. What that is is still a secret. That’s the game we’re working on right now.”
The teaser website contains the Spanish text, “Donde estan tus ojos? Donde esta tu corazon?” Which translates to, “Where are your eyes? Where is your heart?”
OU is due out in 2021 in Japan.
