Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hinokami Keppuutan

Publisher Aniplex and developer CyberConnect2 have released new footage and screenshots for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan introducing characters Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado, who are playable in the game’s “Versus Mode.”

Tanjiro fights using Water Breathing, a combat style he trained in under Sakonji Urokodaki. Nezuko uses the demon powers she gained after being attacked by a demon and becoming one herself.

The following character visuals for Tanjiro and Nezuko were created by CyberConnect2 based on their in-game 3D models:

In addition to the new trailers featuring Tanjiro and Nezuko battle action gameplay, Aniplex also debuted the second volume of the game’s “Development Report” video series.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan is due out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in 2021 in Japan. If you missed it earlier, watch seven minutes of Versus Mode gameplay here.
