Famitsu Sales: 11/30/20 – 12/6/20 [Update]

Opening numbers for Derby Stallion, Atelier Ryza 2, and more.

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of November 30, 2020 to December 6, 2020.

Derby Stallion for Switch was the highest selling single SKU new release last week, opening at 74,244 retail copies sold.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy was the second and third highest selling single SKU new releases last week, opening at 43,987 units on PlayStation 4 and 30,643 units on Switch for a total of 74,630 retail copies sold.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 204,622 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 11,893 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 3,055 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 1,622 units. Both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series platforms continue to face stock shortages in Japan.
