Neko Tomo: Smile Mashimashi

Bandai Namco has announced Neko Tomo: Smile Mashimashi for Switch. It will launch on November 19 in Japan for 4,800 yen. Users who own the November 2018-released Neko Tomo for Switch will receive the Smile Mashimashi content via a free update.

Here is an overview of the game, via Bandai Namco:

Talk, laugh, and cry.

Teach words to the talking cats and deepen your bonds. By teaching the cats “words that are very much you,” you will be able to let them into your world and have conversations that make you laugh. As you continue talking to the cats, a moving story of family and spiritual growth will unfold…

Neko Tomo: Smile Mashimashi is a large-scale update to the original Neko Tomo in which you can enjoy a life full of laughs with talking cats.

Among the new content in this large-scale update is a “Photo Studio” where you can take “like!”-worthy shots of the cats, and a “Tailor” where you can design your own clothes, significantly enhancing the breadth of gameplay.

You can also now choose your favorite cat pattern at the start of the game, and new cat colors and patterns have been added, allowing you to make-up your cat from over 70 patterns.

Please enjoy Neko Tomo: Smile Mashimashi, which is even easier to play and offers more freedom than ever.
