The intermediate results were announced at the end of the Rekishi Hiwa: Final Fantasy Historia special program that aired on NHK BS Premium on January 27. The program is a feature on the appeal of the Final Fantasy series, from key concepts such as “stories that move even adults,” “presentation that rivals movies,” and “innovative game systems.” Yoshitaka Amano, Nobuo Uematsu, and Hironobu Sakaguchi were interviewed for the program.
