Streets of Rage 4 ‘Behind the Tracks’ developer diary

Yoko Shimomura, Hideki Naganuma, and Keiji Yamagishi join the fray.

Streets of Rage 4

Dotemu, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games have released a “Behind the Tracks” developer diary for Streets of Rage 4, revealing that Streets of Rage series composers Yuzo Koshiro and Motohiro Kawashima will be joined by an all-star ensemble of Japanese artists for the game’s official soundtrack.

Streets of Rage 4 will feature original music from the following artists:

  • Yuzo Koshiro (Streets of Rage 1, 2, and 3, Sonic the Hedgehog, The Revenge Shinobi, Shenmue I and II, etc.)
  • Motohiro Kawashima (Streets of Rage 2 and 3, Shinobi II, Batman Returns, etc.)
  • Yoko Shimomura (Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, Kingdom Hearts I, II, and III, Legend of Mana, Parasite Eve, etc.)
  • Hideki Naganuma (Jet Set Radio and Future, Super Monkey Ball, Sega Rally 2, etc.)
  • Keiji Yamagishi (Ninja Gaiden, Tecmo Bowl, etc.)

More information about the soundtrack will be revealed at a later date.

Platforms and a release date for Streets of Rage 4 have yet to be announced.
