City Connection International established in partnership with Dispatch Games
"We are currently working on a number of new titles," teases City Connection CEO.
City Connection has announced the formation of a new subsidiary group called City Connection International, through which it will release its games worldwide under its own branding in partnership with western publisher Dispatch Games.
Taiki Homma will be appointed president of City Connection International’s U.S. operations. “City Connection is a fast-growing game developer that hopes to reach fans not only in Japan but across the globe,” Homma said in a press release. “With the extensive library of Jaleco and other classic IPs, we hope to capture the imagination of gamers across all generations.”
Limited editions of City Connection games will be sold exclusively via the City Dispatch Online Store, which will be expanding its selections to carry Limited Edition games and licensed goods from classic Jaleco IPs, among other classic licenses.
“Our partnership with Dispatch Games started three years ago and this was a logical evolution of our partnership,” said City Connection CEO Nobuhiro Yoshikawa in a press release. “We are currently working on a number of new titles. We look forward to making additional exciting announcements on the new products soon.”
