Shattered: Tale of the Forgotten King

Action adventure RPG Shattered: Tale of the Forgotten King will launch for PC via Steam Early Access on June 4, developer Redlock Studio announced.

Development of the game was originally funded in 2016 on Kickstarter. In addition to the PC version, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are also planned for release.

Here is an overview of the game, via Redlock Studio:

About

Shattered: Tale of the Forgotten King is an adventure game where exploration and boss fights intertwine. In the world of Hypnos, the player gets to roam a vast continent scattered with gigantic fortresses and cities in ruins. Between phases in 2.5D and 3D, they will dive in the history of a forgotten world where savage enemies await. To reach victory, the precision of movement and observation of their opponents will be crucial.

Key Features

  • Several zones to explore: A semi-open world in which you can walk several paths. You can choose the one that suits you, or discover new ones.
  • Terrible bosses to fight: Observe them and learn to anticipate their moves. The timing of your assaults and parries will be crucial to your victory.
  • Constant progression: By crushing enemies or discovering new areas, you’ll have the possibility of making the Wanderer evolve. Will you choose to level up, buy new equipment or purchase more lore items to learn everything about Hypnos?
