Bandai Namco and Granzella have released new information and screenshots of City Shrouded in Shadow, detailing the game’s latest confirmed giant shadow scenario starring Patlabor‘s Special Vehicles Section 2 Labor “Ingram” Unit 1.

Labor crime broke out by way of suspicious men acting in the shadows. The skyscraper was in danger. Fire emergency Labors were dispatched, but a number of people were left behind. When danger approached the protagonist and company, the Special Vehicles Section 2 Labor “Ingram” Unit 1 broke through the glass and appeared before them.

Together with Miho Yamamura, a little girl they meet in the skyscraper, the protagonist and heroine are rescued by “Ingram” Unit 1.

—In order to suppress the crimes being committed by Labors, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Special Vehicles Section 2 rolls out.

Ryouji Shibata (voiced by Minoru Kawai)

City Shrouded in Shadow

A suited man who takes aim at the protagonist’s life. At first glance, he looks like a salaryman, but the glint in his eye has traces of a man who has gotten around scenes of carnage in the underside of society. He is an always cruel, unimpassioned man. The protagonist witnesses the scene of a secret transaction he is making, which leads him to take aim at his life.

Katsuhiro Mudou (voiced by Toru Nara)

A suited man who takes aim at the protagonist’s life. Shibata’s subordinate. Formerly a boxer, he is a violent man always looking for a fight. He is not very good at using his head. He has excellent body strength, and takes on shady jobs under Shibata. Depending on the situation, he’ll even assassinate someone. Both he and Shibata relentlessly take aim at the protagonist’s life. He is a fearsome, unpredictable man. Nobody knows what he will do.

Miho Yamamura (voiced by Ayaka Kyo)

A little girl who mistakes the heroine Yuki Kouno for her older sister. She meets the heroine when she gets lost and is convinced that she is her older sister. The protagonist and Yuki try to return her to her parents, but the protagonist will have to escape various predicaments with her on his back on the way.

Shinji Yamamura (voiced by Kouichi Souma)

Miho’s father. He was badly injured in a traffic accident a few days prior to the events, and hospitalized. He feels compassion for young Miho, who loved her older sister, but has not been able to do anything while in the hospital. He will meet Yuki through Miho, who brings her along to the hospital in which he is hospitalized.
