EA and Zoink Games announce Fe

Electronic Arts starts up EA Originals program.

Electronic Arts has announced EA Originals, a new program where it pledges to seek out small developers and fund their projects like it did with Coldwood Interactive and Unravel. All of the profit made from EA Originals games will go back into the hands of the developers.

The first project from EA Originals is Fe from Zoink Games, a game described as “personal narrative about our relationship with nature, the land, and its beings.” It is “a wordless celebration of our longing to be one with world around us,” and “a story that reminds us that everything in this world is connected, living in a delicate balance that is constantly under threat.” It promises to be “a game full of discovery, conflict, and relationships.”
