Phantasy Star Online 2

The PlayStation 4 version of the free-to-play massively multiplayer online RPG Phantasy Star Online 2 is now available via the PlayStation Store in Japan.

The game’s total download size is 34.8 gigabytes. It requires a Sega ID (register here / read PSUBlog’s registration guide) to play.

Phantasy Star Online 2 first launched for PC in Japan in 2012, and was followed up with a PS Vita version a year later. Sega once announced a western release, but then forgot about it.
