Pokken Tournament hits Japanese arcades on July 16; adds Charizard and Weavile

Jirachi and Whimsicott added as support Pokemon.

Pokken Tournament will launch in Japanese arcades on July 16, Bandai Namco announced.

Charizard and Weavile were also confirmed as playable characters. The pair join previously announced fighters Lucario, Machamp, Pikachu, Gardevoir, Suicune, and Gengar.

Jirachi and Whimsicott have also been added as support Pokemon. If you play the game before July 31 using your Bandai Namco Passport Card, you’ll be able to receive them.
