Pokken Tournament adds Pikachu, Gardevoir, and Suicune, first gameplay

Location test to be held next week.

Bandai Namco debuted the first gameplay footage of Pokken Tournament, its upcoming Pokemon fighting game for arcades, during a Famitsu live stream this morning, confirming three new playable characters.

Joining Lucario and Machamp, who were confirmed during the game’s initial announcement, Bandai Namco confirmed Pikachu, Gardevoir, and Suicune will also be playable.

The company also announced the game’s first location test schedule, which will be held at both Namco Lazona Kawasaki and Namco Umeda:

  • January 30 between 19:00 and 23:30
  • January 31 between 10:00 and 23:30
  • February 1 between 10:00 and 23:30
