Capcom is making a Luigi’s Mansion game for arcades. Images of a location test for Luigi’s Mansion Arcade, which ran this past weekend between October 30 and November 3, appeared online this morning.
Further details are unknown.
Nintendo licensing its IP to third-party developers for arcade games is not an uncommon practice by the company. The arcade version of Mario Kart, the Mario Kart Arcade GP series, is developed by Bandai Namco. And Bandai Namco is also developing the Pokemon arcade fighting game Pokken Tournament.
