Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late

Nanase won’t be the only new character in Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late for PlayStation 3. Arc System Works today revealed another new character.

Byakuya, voiced by Mutsumi Tamura, is described as a mysterious young man who always acts alongside a classical young girl named Tsukuyomi. He wields a countless number of long black talons in battle, which possess the eerie ability of capturing and devouring his opponents. His and Tsukoyomi’s objectives are unknown, but Byakuya is using his abilities to fulfill Tsukoyomi’s wishes.

In addition to Byakuya, Arc System Works also revealed some of the game’s customization features. By obtaining In-Birth Points, you can unlock various customizations, such as different character colors, player icons, player plates, and more. You can also use In-Birth Points to unlock each character’s ending in Gallery Mode, as well as original illustrations and movies.

Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late is due out in Japan on July 24.
