Hyperdimension Neptunia PP debut English trailer

An idol boom overtakes Gamindustri. Guide the CPUs' idol careers.

Hyperdimension Neptunia PP

NIS America has released the first English trailer for Hyperdimension Neptunia Producing Perfection, or PP for short, coming to PS Vita in 2014.

We’ve compiled the game’s story and features from the video below.

Behold Gamindustri, a world that remains peaceful thanks to the power of the Console Patron Units. Suddenly!!! Something appears and shakes the very foundation of this world! The world has been taken over by an idol boom. This growing interest in pop stars has caused the source of the CPUs’ power—shares—to vanish.

  • Produce: Guide the CPUs’ idol careers! Raise stats through lessons and increase their fanbase through PR events. Know when to take a break, too!
  • Events: Enjoy the silly character-driven story! Enjoy the zany Neptunia cast as they talk your ears of in event scenes! The more you hang out with them, the higher their stats will climb.
  • Concerts: Boost stats and put on concerts. Increase the CPUs’ shares by putting on concerts. Choose a song, outfit, and master the stage directions to throw fans into a frenzy!
  • Viewer: Tap the screen and the characters will react! Sure, you can have some private time with the Neptunia cast and tap them in various areas, but they’ll get pissed if you tap them the wrong way!

And here’s the actual trailer.
