The World Ends With You set for iOS

Square slips up on e-Shop product listing.

Square Enix is bringing its DS action RPG The World Ends With You to iOS, according to the now-edited Square Enix e-Shop product listing of the game’s new soundtrack.

Considering the company’s removal of the iOS mention, it’s possible this is its big countdown reveal, which ends in two days. Someone at Square Enix must have slipped up when posting the e-Shop listing, which also mentioned new songs for the iOS version.

We’ll have to wait until the countdown ends for the official announcement. Hopefully, there’s more to it than an iOS port. And if a tease from Brian Gray, who worked on the game’s English localization, is to be believed, there’s more to the story.

Thanks, FF-Reunion.
